Your boss gave you an assignment with an impossible delivery date. Your partner says they need to host a business dinner, at the house, in two days. For that you have to create a menu, grocery shop, get the house in order and arrange coverage for the children. Your kids need to bring treats to school tomorrow. And someone asks you "What's for dinner"! Before you explode, let everyone know you need a moment. Find a quiet space. Take Five minutes to breath, meditate, be mindful, and ground. After, that, you can create your plan to manage what needs to get done.
