Sleep Soundly!

As our FLYY Code for Wellness says "Sleep Soundly"! Sounds so simple...sleep. For many of us, that is a challenge. Beyond just feeling tired, less focused, and moody, lack of sleep can weaken our immunity, put us at risk for diabetes, and contribute to high blood pressure. What can you do? Increase activity, meditate, and, create a peaceful environment for sleep.
