Decide if this sounds familiar...The alarm goes off. You get up, shower, get dressed, grab your coffee/tee, and you're out the door. If you have children, maybe add make lunches and put them on the bus or drive them to school. Phew! You're exhausted before getting into your day. Consider this...before you get out of bed, pause. Take three cleansing breaths. Take a moment of gratitude. Then gently shift into your day. See how that may change the flow of your day.
